It’s not hard to forgive – maybe you just don’t know how.\nA great thing to do to make the experience of forgiveness real\, inside you\, and perhaps to prepare for a more joyful holiday season with family members. \nMary will teach the Eight Steps to Forgiving Another\, and each participant will get a chance to forgive someone they resent\, with this method. \nFeel shy? Don’t worry! Mary is a master at helping people feel comfortable in a group which has gathered to heal some emotional issues. With preparation through lecture\, discussion\, journaling\, and meditation\, Mary will lead everyone in a private guided exercise to let go of an unrealistic expectation  that is causing you to suffer. \nShe will also touch on the key to self-forgiveness. You will have an opportunity to become more open\, clear\, and free\, and learn the basics of a life skill that will improve your health and lighten your heart.
